Miami Dade Appraisals is a real estate appraisal firm founded with the sole purpose of delivering high quality appraisal reports for the benefit and interest of its clients. It is owned and operated by certified general appraiser, Andres Amoedo III, who has over 20 years of combined real state experience. Andres Amoedo III started appraising with his parents, during the era of the typewriter and film camera, where he learned the value of integrity and commitment. Today, he is an advocate of professional independence and works tirelessly to promote the integrity of his vocation. He attended Florida International University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Minor in Criminal Justice. After receiving his Jurist Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Andres Amoedo III has dedicated himself to the practice of law with a particular emphasis on real estate. He also a Florida licensed Realtor, General Appraiser Instructor and Expert Witness Appraiser.
